Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

The total shipping cost is calculated by adding the cost per shipment and the cost per item. The cost per item can be based on the number of items, weight or volume (called volumetric weight) of each package. The "per item" costs shown below, per pound or kilogram, apply to actual weight and volumetric weight

Standard Shipping

The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed during the checkout. They are calculated according to the weight and volume of the goods.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Marketmyx.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for products, the custom duty taxes are already included in the shipping cost. Please contact sales@marketmyx.com for more details

Shipping Restrictions

All prohibited domestic items are also prohibited from being shipped internationally.We reserve the right to refuse or suspend transportation of any package which does not set out contact details for shipper and receiver and of goods which, in our opinion, are not practicable for transportation or are not adequately described, classified or packed and labelled in a manner suitable for transportation and accompanied by necessary documentation.
